Name changes for stainless products

The downhand stainless cored wires (OK Tubrod 14.3X series) has been converted to the Shield-Bright X-tra names.
The positional stainless cored wires (OK Tubrod 14.2X) are in the process of being converted to Shield-Bright. There will be information available of the new items once the change is complete.
